Pressed New Sequence and my project disappeared

My project has disappeared. I hit New Sequence thinking it was somthing else and now my project is gone. Do I have to recreate everything? Help!

    Thank you for reaching out. Click the Project panel. You can see your Sequence. Please see the image reference:

    my original sequence doesnt show up there, i pressed new sequence and it just completely replaced it
