Problem important (project cannot be open) in Rush

Hello, I wanted to know if someone can help me. I made a project in Premiere Rush and out of nowhere the system tells me that it cannot be opened, therefore, I cannot export it and I don't know what to do.

  • Which device have you installed Rush on?
  • Are you getting any error messages? 
  • Have you already tried signing out and back into your CC account?
