Problem syncing across platforms

Some but not all of my projects do not sync from my laptop to my desktop. Usually what happens is I open Creative Cloud on my laptop then open Rush. I create a project. When I try to open it later on my other computer perhaps one or two clips will be there but the others are red with exclamation points. I know if I use find and connnect I can resolve the issue but that necessitates me physically uploading the files to my other computer. I though all of this should be saved to Creative Cloud for download. Thanks for the help.

I am having the same problem,  work on mobile rush for certain features like voiceover. I have not been able to get this one project to sync on my laptop. With Creative cloud open, and sync turned on with both devices, no syncing is taking place.. even after days of restarting. very annoying to have to wait for video render from mobile just to upload to cloud drive and then download to my computer to finish edits. Please Help
