Problem with Rush Premium version on iPad and iphone

Hello everyone,

i just bought the Premium version for Rush (37,99€ per one year) but the app still seems to do not recognize it and doesn't let me use all the functions. I already log out and made the log in again but it still doesn't work, can anyone help?

Hi, it does let me use all the function while working on my video, but if I wanna export it in 4k it ask for a Premium subscription. It doesn't syncronize the same videos between my iphone and my ipad.

Hi @Robbeitto,

I read your notes. Thanks! Oh, it won't let you export in 4K? That's not right. Is it possible to export in another format? Let me know. You may need to contact assisted support to double-check your subscription. As of February 1, 2024, sync has been discontinued as a feature. That explains why sync between your devices is not working. Sorry.
