Problème importation médias

Bonjour,

Quand j'importe des photos aux formats JPEG ou HIEF prises avec l'iPhone 15 pro, je reçois un message d'erreur "type de médias non pris en charge". Quelqu'un a une idée de pourquoi je ne peux pas importer ces fichiers alors qu'ils sont sensés être pris en charge ? Aucun souci pour importer les vidéos prise avec l'iPhone 15 pro. Version mobile gratuite de Premier Rush

    Bonjour, @Thomas353695663mra,

    Thanks for writing in with your issue. You can't import .jpg or .heic files. Is that right? That sounds frustrating. Sorry about that. I could not reproduce the problem on my end. However, I could not test it on an iPhone 15 (my device is older). I will ask the team to try it.
