Problems with running Adobe Rush on my Pc

Hi!

 

I have problems running Adobe Rush on my PCs. It is HP Envy and should have enough GB for RUSH. The program stops when im editing and I have switch over to FILMORA.  But I would like to be able to use Adobe Rush, 

 

Why cant I run Adobe Rush on my HP Envy?

Hi!

Thank you for answer. 

HP Envy has 16 GB Ram

64 bit

I thought that that should be enough to run Rush?

Thanks for the details! It could be related to internet connectivity as well.

Sorry to hear that, Margret -

Can you give us a few more details to help troubleshoot?

  1. At one point does it stop working? 
  2. Have you made sure to have a solid/stable internet connection to make sure it FULLY SYNCS to your Creative Cloud account? It may be getting caught on incomplete uploads (especially the more files or longer the video(s) you have). Look for the blue circle in the upper right corner to check the sync completion status (right next to the undo/redo arrows).

Hi!

Rush stops working after few minutes. Usually after few editing operatation. 

 

I will check the internet connection. 

 

Does Rush require stronger PC that f.eks programs like Filmora?

  • Which device did you use to capture the footage that you're editing?
