Problems with transitions in Adobe Rush

I'm having very weird issues with premiere rush ‘Cross Dissolve’ transitions. At first, when I installed a program it worked perfect. But it worked well until I started to upload videos 10 or 30 minutes long (these videos contain a lot of different scenes) and the problems began to happen.

For example, I have uploaded a 15-minute-long video and cut it into 5 frames (videos). Then I apply transitions between them, so the program started to add some ‘bonus’ frame. This frame I can clearly see I've deleted in the process of editing the video, but it comes back only with transition effects, nothing else

So that’s the best solution for me?

And sorry for my English if I have mistakes.

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Adobe Premier Rush, now it’s a 1.5.40 and I’m always up to date.
I am working with DSLR videos and videos filmed on the phone.
I am using an Adobe Rush on PC.
And here is a link on Youtube video I’ve created only for this issue.
And here is some information about the video:

This video perfectly shows what the problem occurs while working with the footage. On this one video file I am going to cut the cooked steak into pieces and then place it on the plate. By the way, the camera lens looked straight at the plate. So in the video I go back and forth doing some preparation work.

So, I cut the footage into 3 short episodes and apply transition between them. And when I play the video to see how it looks like, so I see the “bonus frames’’ from the deleted scenes in the transition effect.

So, it is better to see the whole video I have recorded specially for this issue.
