project and files don't show in desktop app

I've installad (and reinstalled) the rush app op my iphone and windows PS.  The mobile rush app sychronioses with de web based crative cloud. However,, the Rush desktop app and the creative cloud ap on my windows pc do not show recent projects from my i Phone, the creative cloud app on my desktop says there are no files.  (yes 'i ve payd, yes there is internet connection, yes the sync options are on, yes if loged in with the same gmail account) 

What can be wrong here? I'm losing my mind, this has taken way to much of my free time!
