Project not loading, showing gray screen

I was recently editing a project and after exiting the application and reopening it, I clicked on the project only to be met with a gray screen where the video/editing panels should be. file/edit/sequence/view/help was still there, but there were very limited options when I clicked on them. Also, all of my other projects load fine, this is the only one that won't load for whatever reason. I have tried logging out of adobe and logging in, restarting my computer and the application, and turning the cloud sync off and on again. Nothing has worked. I'm also getting a file sync error because I've hit 100GB of cloud storage, but I'm pretty sure that's been there for awhile, I just thought I'd add that bit of info in case it's relevant.

I've gotten rid of the file sync error, did not fix the issue.

Sometimes file sync can take a long time, @Alexander31159706533b. Has the issue been resolved yet? If not, contact Adobe Support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner. Ask for the "video queue." Let us know if they can help you.
