Project not opening in Adobe Premier Rush

From the project dashboard in Adobe Premiere Rush, I'm trying to open a project and when I do, the project doesn't fully open. 

 

I see a screen (attached) and nothing happens. I've tried to rename the project, duplicate it, turn sync on/off and nothing happens. 

 

Other projects open except that one. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling adobe premiere. I've been on chat with Adobe support but so far they have been of no real help.
