Project not opening in Premiere Rush

Hello all

Today I was editing a video in Premiere Rush. During this time, Rush crashed and then my computer crashed. Now I can no longer open the project I was working on. However, all other projects open. 

When I try to edit the project I was working on, I just see the attached screen. 

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling rush. No luck. I've even talked with support and renamed some folders for the preferences. No luck.
