Project Proxy Restarting Download

I start my project on my Mac and move to my iPad to edit them. While downloading the proxy files from Creative Cloud my iPad downloads to a random percentage (usually somewhere around 50%) then just restarts. It continually does it infinitely. Is there any potential fix for this? I've already tried getting Creative Cloud on my iPads, doesn't fix it.
