Project won’t render.

I keep getting an error statement when I try to render my videos. This is totally unacceptable considering I pay for the upgraded version.

Hi @Brennan32072037oxbs,

I read your message. You are having trouble exporting? It appears that you may not have enough drive space on your iPad for certain exports. We would need to know more info, such as, how long your sequence is and what your export settings are. Try clearing off more drive space if you can. I hope we can assist.

Thanks,
Kevin

There are numerous things that can cause errors in exports..ost of them are rather simple to troubleshoot and fix.

But unless you give us all the required information, we can't help.

OS/CPU/GPU, exact number version of Premiere, what media and effects are used on that sequence, and tge wording of the error message.

With that we could probably fix your ills in minutes.

Thank you for your reply. I am using an 8th generation iPad that is running iOS 16.6. The video file is 666mb (😈) and I have 20GB free memory. I am editing using Rush. The only effect being used is a fade. When I export I am just using the automatic preset. The error message that pops up is "Rush in enable to render."

Thanks for the reply. I'm using an iOS device. The link you provided doesn't really apply. As I search the community here it seems like this is a very common problem. If I wasn't paying for the app I would not complain.
