project wont open in rush says open production failed

I had just completed a video and it was all uploaded the blue circle had closed and disappeared. I went off the app tried to access it on my laptop and it wouldn't load. I then tried to reaccess it on my phone and it keeps coming up with an error message saying open production failed. How do I fix this? Can I get it back!?
