projects doesn't update

Hello people there.
Do you know if Adobe premiere rush projects, do update automaticly?
I have been working on a project on my android mobile phone.

the i try to finish it on my win 10 pc, but always are files that doesn¡t show on pc.

also when I trry to publish on android rarely it is able to complete the task.
often it reach 70% then the app crashes...
