Projects missing

Question

Suddenly all of my projects are missing, the cover photos no longer show a preview, when I click into it there is nothing.

Tried singing out, singing in again, restarting computer, restarting app - nothing works.

Haven't changed anything, it just decided to happen today, was all fine yesterday.

it happens due to a sync or cache issue rather than actual data loss. I’d first check if the projects still appear when logging in from a different browser or the web version. If they do, clearing the app cache or forcing a re-sync often fixes missing previews.
