Projects Missing and Blank?

Hi there! I was in the middle of working, closed the app to take a break, and when I reopened Premiere Rush, my projects are showing as blank. Here are two screenshots:

I'm on a 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Max Chip). Help!!!
