Projects not loading after most recent update

After the most recent update I can not access my projects.

the names are there but when i click on them the project is blank.

using a mac

any suggestions?

I was using them last week. the names are visable but when i click on the file the project is empty. i do not have them saved anywhere else.

Hi @S224705705k1k,

I read your note. It sounds like your projects were not synced before Creative Cloud sync ended, so they are not on your computer. Can you check other devices for a potential backup of your project? For example, check your mobile device to see if the projects are there. I hope so.
