Projects not syncing to PC

I created a few projects, each with a few clips, on Adobe Rush mobile and turn on the cloud sync. Eventually, it told me it was done syncing to the cloud. I turned on my PC. PC gives me a notification that files have been added by Adobe Cloud. I have confirmed this as I see the clips in the folder on my computer. However when I open Rush on my PC, it is not showing me the projects that I have added on mobile. How can I get the projects to appear so I can edit them from my PC?
