Projects on iPads, iPhones, and desktops are not synchronized.

It is used after paying \40,000 (Korean money) on the iPad.
The iPad and iPhone do not synchronize with the project.
PC is using Windows, not Mac.
Does pc also not synchronize, and do I need to pay extra to synchronize desktop version "RUSH"?
