Projects on iPhone using space but not showing in app.

I moved to a new phone and transferred all my data. Premiere rush is showing its using 30Gb of space but when I open the app it's blank with just a "Create Project" button?

I have re subscribed to Adobe cloud hoping that was the issue but it's made no difference.
