ProRes on IPhone import

  • Still waiting for support of ProRes videos using Adobe Rush on IPhone 13 Pro. Still getting error "Media Import Error" Unsuported media type. 2 of 2 media could not be imported. This only occurs when I try and import ProRes videos to edit. When can we expect a patch or update. Thank you

I fixed it. Just change the cropping any way you can. Re-import. For example; I had a 6 to 19 ratio I changed it to a 5 x 7 ratio. It imports. Clipping and saving a new file also works on iPhone 13 pro max. Maybe next release. Good luck.

Why is it so difficult to sign in and give y'all answers and support? That's why I'm never here. Adobe? Really... it's usually "are you kidding me, this still doesn't work on this version. Cmawn"
