Hey @Paul38778797m1eq,

I read about your issue. Check the system requirements for your cell phone. If the device is not listed but Rush still functions, you might try exploring the settings that is shooting your footage. Avoid 8K and HDR formats. Try shooting simple H.264 files; you should have fewer problems exporting. Let us know if the idea works.

Thanks,
Kevin

The app is saying it is in fact compatible with my phone  (Pixel 7 Pro. Not even 2 year old flagship... Should be compatible...)  Funny enough I'm even still having an issue with a video I completely rendered in Rush on my PC, at 1080p 30FPS, and saved the full rendered copy locally to my phone took it into the mobile version of rush just to make one small tweak, and it still won't render.  So it's definitely not a file format issue.

    Hey @Paul38778797m1eq,

I'm glad that the app allowed installation. If so, the team needs to update system requirements. I will let them know about this issue. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Something tells me that moving the project from desktop to mobile might be behind this bug. I have not yet heard of anyone doing that since sync was removed. Outlining your steps would be helpful to others trying the same. It also might help us debug the process here on the forum.

It might also be related to a newer camera format, like 10-bit 4:2:2, which Rush does not support. Running a media file through freeware MediaInfo in "tree view" and then posting a screenshot can assist us in determining the codec, bit depth, frame rate, frame size, etc.

It would be nice to get some feedback from the product team, but they don't usually respond here. Sorry. See if one-on-one support can help you fix this. Contact them here: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.

In the lower right is a chat pod. Once you reach a live agent, request to be transferred to the "video queue." They should be able to assist you with this issue. Sorry for the frustration.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

I am using an iPad and videos were shot from a GoPro. I was able to render it on 720p as a trial. But after i did the final editing and added soundtracks and graphic titles, it wouldn't render anymore. Can i just get a refund please?

    Paul,

You can request a refund here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. Look for the chat box in the lower right. You can inquire about things like that there.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

My phone is a Pixel 6, the same I've been using before and the video I've recorded with the same device. 3840X 2160

I know something must have chaanged in the app because I was able to render 3 earlier works of min. But this recent project of mine I have been working for the last 2 weeks and now I can export it to finalise the video. If I can only burn this app because of my frustration, I will burn it!
