recover deleted video on premiere rush

If you deleted it on your computer it will still be in your Recycle/Trash bin. If you deleted it from there also, though, it's gone forever.

Thank you for reaching out. I asked this question to our product team and they said you would need to go back to where the original media is and create the project again. There is no getting back a project that was deleted hence the message when deleting it.
