Red exclamation point error on desktop?

Does anyone have any issues with a red exclamation point-When you upload video content to your phone and then try to edit it on the desktop It's like a red exclamation point that shows instead of your contacts and yes I let it upload completely on my phone to 100% and then I open the app on my desktop and it's still not fully loaded, please help!
