Red Exclamation point on SOME clips in my project

I have been working on a project primarily on my ipad. Today I tried opening up my prjoect on my MacBook and I'm getting red excalmation point screen on some,  not all, of my clips.

These are not new clips I added recently, they have been in the project for over a week now.
