Red Screen with Exclamation in Premiere Rush

I am editing many clips in Rush. I have ran them through handbrake, unchecked "enable hardware accerlation encoding and decoding" and am having zero luck. I went in and re-added/re-edited clip. Finished up and then it went red. I know there are a million answers on this, but any help would be appreciated!
