Rendering continues for ever!!!

My video export is not working because it keeps rendering non stop even after it shows 100% export is done. What is the solution? too many problems now that i feel so frustrated to continue my subscription. Youtube upload is also not working because it says (this browser or app may not be secure. Try using a different browser). Basically, nothing is working fine on Adobe Premiere Rush. I need ideas.
