Rendering / Export Video Issues

Been using Premier Rush for quite some time and all of a sudden, every video that is rendered / exported will not play as a video, rather a few 5 second images only.  Is there a way to understand what is happening?  Appreciate it.

    Hi @Phil221954585z1k,

    Thanks for the note. You say you are having trouble with playback with the exported file. Right? If so, try uploading it to a sharing site like YouTube and see if it plays back all frames there. If so, it may be a problem with your system not meeting requirements. We need more info about the system and media to make a better judgement, though. Can you provide further details? Hope to help.
