Question

Rendering issue

once I finish editing my video and I see the video completely and try to render I get the error message not successfully rendered. So I force closed the app, removed all apps running and ran the appa again and tried to render without watching the video. It starts rendering but gets stuck sometimes at 6% 9% 27% or44% and it's in that status for over half hour. Few weeks back I rendered a video absolutely ok but today ofcourse at a different wifi setting it's just not rendering. Anyone gone through this and fixed this please help!

Hi @Poojitha3099381242yw,

Thanks for the note. You say that you are having trouble exporting a video at certain points of completion. That seems kind of odd, especially as you say you have exported before. What is different about the current project compared to the ones that exported successfully? Have you updated anything? Are you using different media? Is the sequence longer or filled with more effects and titles? Does your device have enough free space? These are things you can check on. Please return with any other info. Hopefuly, the community can assist.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

I was able to export it in the middle of the night like at 2.30 am but it
got blurred. I might have added more pictures than before but even though
they’re there I felt it had to any atleast show me an error message etc.
But it did not. It was just stuck at one point. I just felt finally that it
could be a wifi issue. That’s why tried again in the middle of the night
and it worked. Was just a bit disappointed that some pictures/ videos in
the final video became blurred.

Thanks,
Poojitha

Hmm, glad it worked, but I am wondering about the image quality issue. Are they HD clips in a 4K sequence? Are your still images smaller than the output preset? Sounds like a bit more detective work may solve this issue for you. Can you provide any details about the clips and the sequence size?

Thanks,
Kevin
