Replace footage (or update) in Premiere Rush?

I did some changes on a video and replaced the original file. Now I want Premiere Rush to recognize it. I doesn't. Can I somehow replace the file manually? Like in premiere pro or after effects?

 

working with premiere rush (current version) on iPad (os 13)

    As of 2023, if you save over the original source file (keeping same name etc) the file will (eventually) update in Rush. 
    Not sure if this is what OP was after, but certainly helped me out!

      Any way to replace footage with an updated media file in Rush Desktop? No? Thanks applobe.
