Restore Rush projects from cloud on Mac Desktop

Many of my Rush projects are blacked out and have either a cloud symbol or cloud/desktop-hybrid symbol on them. How do I restore these projects to continue editing? I click on them and they open up empty?

    HI @Todd29507315shmj,

    Thanks for the message, and welcome to the forum. I am unsure why you don't have access to the projects in question. Did you begin these projects before February 2024, or are they more recent projects? Sorry for the hassle.

    Hi Kevin! 

     

    I'm having the same exact issue. I've only been using Rush for a few months now so all files were made after July-August 2024. Even video projects made as recently as last week are now being affected!

     

    Only a small handful (like 5) of video projects remain accessible. The rest have cloud icons next to the project files, and when clicked, open to a blacked-out project screen.  No media files (or missing media), just nothing to work with.

     

    Do you have any suggestions or fixes? I've attached screenshots below.
