Question

Restore to previous file version

I spent the last couple days creating a P. Rush video edit. Over 40 hours went into this edit.

-I wanted to export a "small piece of the project as a "teaser" so I trimmed the video to a 25 second clip and then went to click on "share" but accidentally clicked the home buttom instead

- Because of this now only my 25 second clip immediately saved. When I go and click on the project it has "autosaved" to only the one short clip . How do I restore the whole project?

Hi defaultzmiqmh4n33o7,

Sorry, I don't think there is a way to do that. I just tried it and Edit > Undo does not work once you go to the Home icon, which "jumps" you out of your project. It is similar to closing a project in Premiere Pro, but without a save dialog box getting generated. Sorry.

In the future, if you want to create a cut down version of your sequence, make sure you duplicate that sequence first, then make your adjustments on the duplicate.

Thanks,
Kevin
