Restoring full access to Rush

Switching from monthly to annual payment for my photography plan I find that access to desktop Rush is now limited - can access be restored?

    Thank you, but I can't see where I get this problem fixed on that link.

     

    I have the 20GB Photography Plan. I used to enjoy full access to Adobe Premier Rush as part of the plan, and now that access is very constrained. I'd like access to be restored to the state I had before I switched from monthly to annual payment.
