Hi there!

We're sorry for the trouble. Could you share more information with us to start troubleshooting?

Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
Does it happen while importing a specific project?
Which OS do you have?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hello Kartika
I use Premiere more often.
It was closing when importing mp4 file.
I tried it now and it's OK.
Thanks for your attention.
