After I import a video on rush, audio is not working with video preview. If I export video has sound, but audio is crusial when cutting and editing video. This proplem accures in Ipad version

Sorry for the trouble. Since the exported video has audio, this sounds like a playback issue in Rush rather than missing audio in your media.
Try completely shutting down the iPad and restarting it, then open Rush and test playback again. We've seen this restore preview audio for other Rush users on iPad.
Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer receiving updates. For future mobile projects, I'd recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.
