Question

Rush crashes ALL THE TIME

I downloaded Premiere Rush app for the first time yesterday to work on a video project on my iPhone 15, and the app keeps crashing randomly. Both when trying to upload clips and edit them. Before using the app I was contemplating getting premium, but after reading paid subscribers comments who are having the same issues, I don't think I will bother. If I uninstall & reinstall the app as previously suggested, I presume I will lose the project I started, so I am in a catch 22 now.

    Hi,

    Ensure there is plenty of disk space on the phone. Try deleting some files. I hope the advice helps. In the future, try turning off spatial audio in your camera settings. Things should be better if you try that. Let us know.
