Rush crashes on every attempt to export

I recently go a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S24. Adobe Rush doesn't seem to want to render any projects. The video is mp4 HEVC. I haven't made any changes to the files. This is very frustrating, please help.

Thanks for the message. The phone is unsupported, but it should work. Make sure that Rush and Android are both updated to the latest versions. Can you also inform us about your subscription type? Is it the "Starter" version, or do you have a different subscription? Let us know more about your workflow if you can. Sorry for the problem.

I don't know what subscription type I have, but my projects worked perfectly on the app on my old phone, so I don't think subscription type is the issue. The app was always glitchy, but since setting it up on my new phone it won't work at all. It crashes every time I try to export anything with more than 1 layer. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. As soon as I overlay a picture onto the video and then try to export it simply says an error has occurred.

Thanks for the message. Can you show us a screenshot of your new camera settings? It may be shooting video that is not acceptable to Rush. I hope we can help you, @louisat27951463. If you can upload a sample clip, that would also be very helpful. Sorry for the problem.
