Rush crashing on Export

This is my third go around with this same issue over the last 6 months.  Whenever I try to export a video Rush crashes and takes my phone back to its home screen.  Running iphone 13 pro, rush version 2.10, plenty of storage on my phone.  I just updated to ios vers 17.4 last night to see if there was any difference, and still a no go.  I keep asking myself why I spend more time trying to fix things with Rush than I do on the projects I have due.  Already looking for other options
