Rush doesn't run

Hello guys 

I've got a intel core i5 5200u with intel hd 520 and adobe rush do not run.

Is this system  enough?

It looks that meets the requirements but when I open rush, it just stays "thinking " but never gets running. 

Some help please.

    Hi Pedro!

    We're sorry about that.  You can check here for Rush system requirements. 

    Also, can you do the following?

    1. Go to the Help menu in Rush to sign out
    2. Quit Rush
    3. Relaunch Rush, and sign in from there
