iPad Pro gen 3

iPadOS 16.7.2 (20H115)

Click on a project with cloud and device icon

project attempts to sync

project fails sync at random arbitrary %

restarts sync

cant edit or do anything else unless project is synced

please help.

I've signed out everywhere, reinstalled the app, power cycled the device. All the basic trouble shooting steps I've found for this issue.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS: 17.0.3

I create on my MacBook a new proiect an give it add a mp4 that over 600 mb. Then the project get synchronized on the MacBook after this I open on my iPad Pro Premiere Rush, open the project, an waiting for complete synchronization. I show on the preceding 64 % he don't load more. It's beginning from 0 loading and is hanging in this loop.

Do I things wrong? Can any people help me?
