Rush fails to render/export

Hi, 

Rush failing to render a sequence. It renders until a few secnds remain (2 seconds or 9 seconds) and then the program freezes. I've tried some of the solutions offered here in the community but nothing seems to work. The video fails every time. 

I also tried re-installing an earlier version of Rush but it still failed.

    Sorry for that. Can you share the following information?

    • What type of media file are you editing? Are they screen recorded footage?
    • Do you have any effects added to the project?
    • Have you tried exporting through another preset?

    Hi Kartika,

    • Not screen recorded footage. Files are .mp4 and .mov
    • just transitions. No animation or titles
    • Yes, several.

     

    I've made some adjustments to settings and it worked once but since then I've had problems again. I doesn't render on the screen for playback too.
