Rush freezes on Destinations screen

After I've chosen media and add a File Name to the Destinations screen, Rush freezes. This seems to happen when I click the destination Rush has chosen to save to . I get a spinning icon. Nothing else is active.

    Hi there Court_Services!

    I have some questions that will help me figure out what's going on with your Rush app.

    Are you on a desktop or the mobile app?

    >If desktop, what operating system are you on? (Windows 10.1 or Mojave 10.14, for example)

    >If mobile app, what iOS system are you updated to?

    A lot of user problems this week have come from Rush being incompatible with under-updated hardware. I'd like to ask you to please make sure you're up to date on all your operating systems and then try Rush again!

    If it still doesn't work, I've got a few more ideas.
