Rush from iPhone to PC sync error: Missing media for these clips

The file is there, the image is there, but when I click to open on the PC, it can't locate the file.

Box appears with Link Media / Missing media for these clips. It's a mov image which the search can't find. But in the sequence timeline the movie appears in red with the correct duration.

I've tried searching in Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/15.0/Converted Rush Projects, where I can find the purple .prproj file by the same name, but that's all there is.

When I looked under Creative Cloud Files/Adobe/Assets/ there were lots of very long randomised folders for past projects, but my new one didn't appear there. I note that PP has just moved to 2021.

Thanks for your help. If I can't get this to work, having Rush is useless to me and I will have to delete it.

Having the same issue from iphone to PC, media is accessable and plays but only shows red screen with an exclamation point for each photo. *Lead photo on projects screen is visible, part of the process is working at least. Tried multiple times from apple devices to pc and same issue with each. iphone to iphone/ipad works well and quickly. PC to apple devices works well too. Any solutions or fixes?

@Adobe : Same issue here. Sucks. It is advertised as a working features, but somehow it simply does not.

After "Open Premiere Rush Project" I get the missing media window with all the footage being unavailable.
HOW can we get this to work?
WHERE can we find the synched Rush footage files in the cloud to - worst case - download and relink manually?

A quick reply would be highly appreciated.

Thanks, folks!
