Rush - Grey screen/nothing loading upon install

When I opened Rush today, this is what I'm greeted with (see attached picture). The background gre graphic is there, but nothing else

My projects are still there, as I can click on and open them, but I can't actually see what I'm clicking on; just taking a wild guess. The toolbar at the top still works, as I can click file>new and create a new project, but I can't access/see the existing projects. The projects are definitely there, as when I open on my iPad everything is there as normal. 

I have uninstalled/reinstalled Rush 3 times, shut down/restarted my laptop 3 times to no avail. Currently running on a HP laptop with Windows 10, core i5. Not the beefiest computer around, but I've used Rush for the last week with very few issues.

Any ideas?
