Rush invalid

Hello, the Rush app has not been working on my mobile phone for several days, I can't find out the reason for the app being deactivated. I'm using the Apple operating system. If anyone can help me, please. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Hanna

    Thank You for the right direction and recommentation,

    I have never  really had a problem with Adobe, everything has always worker 100% and now i am desperately looking for someone to write to and how to solve my problem. I still don't know the reason why RUSH is not working ? I really need to work and RUSH is still disabled.
