Rush iPad - importing overlay stock files

Hi,

I recenetly brought a licence to download files so I can use them in Premiere Rush however they don't appear to be selectable when I try to import them from creative cloud. 
Is there a way to make these files accessible or is there a different file type I should be searching for?
