Rush is crashing and not exporting

I can't export my project in rush and it also says I have no network connection but I have internet and I am up to date on the payments for the apps. The program keeps crashing on my iPad

    Hi,

    The no network connection warning is a bug. You no longer need a network connection. If the program keeps crashing, make sure you have enough drive space for the export.

    I hope someone answers. I keep getting a basic error when I try to export. It doesn't even render. I just got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S24. I've closed the app multiple times. Logged out multiple times. Changed the quality settings and still nothing.
