Rush is distorting audio when cutting!

Hello,

 

Could someone help me, please, with this very frustrating problem? Each time I cut a video segment, the audio is distorted (waves skyrocket, noises, buzzes). I use Rush on my PC (since june 2021) and the videos (mp4) are fine when I import them. The problem only arises when I cut. If I undo the cutting, the audio is restablished identical as before (without noises). 

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to solve it?

Hi Viv!

I have an engineer who wants to investigate this issue, would you be able to upload one of your video clips to a share service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or assets.adobe.com

 

Then you can send us the link and we'll figure out why it's distorting after you make a cut. That's really not okay! We'd love to fix this for you.

When cutting, the noises are getting stronger. Let me know what your
experience is with editing this video.
