Rush is not rendering 2021

Hello,

As of less than 1 week ago I could render out videos. Today I'm unable to. Not sure as to what is going on. 

Problem: I get ready to render on my desktop, it starts, then gets stuck. 

Things I tried to troubleshoot or work around:

Updated to the latest version.

Rebooted.

Duplicated the project, made a small change.

Tried again.

Still got stuck.

Other Details:

When I go to cancel it the entire program has a heart attack and wont go back to the edit screen. I end up having to close it completely. It's not even using 25% of my PCs resources so I know it's not capping out the hardware.
